Recommended Internet Speed
For the best streaming experience, we recommend the following minimum download speeds per stream on your streaming device:

Important: These are per-stream requirements. If you have 2 connections streaming HD at the same time, you need at least 30–50 Mbps total. Also account for other devices on your network using bandwidth.
Always test speed on the actual streaming device at fast.com, not on your phone or computer. Wi-Fi speeds vary significantly between devices.
For best results, connect your streaming device via Ethernet cable or use a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network. If your ISP throttles streaming traffic, use a VPN to bypass it.
